i had half a dozen of escargots and some of papa's steak and fries. those were fabulous.
tarte flambée sorta like a pizza but much thinner and baked to a crisp topped with cheese and ham for most. we had some with mushroom topping. i like the muster cheese one it has an acquired taste and really filling.
they also make them into dessert topped with fruits. for the apple tarte flambée they really flame it.
