we met franck today at the hotel and we strolled all the way to lunch at the pizza pino. the exterior of the pizza parlor is like some las vegas hotel. we avoided the lunch rush and got there around 11am.
it was a really good lunch. we had pizzas and ravioli. the pizzas crust were hand tossed and wood fired. the ravioli dish was filling and the sauce was creamy and tangy. baby ate a lot of ravioli.
franck also drew us ... caricature of jp, baby and me!
franck is having his comic series 'holy wars' published at the end of january and he is in a major deadline for a huge comic con type of convention with his series. currently his stories are in shogun mag (and yes it is all in french). drawing comics is only his side job, his real job is a consultant for sap. and he actually took a week off to work on his drawings.
